Hey my name’s Jackie and I'm a sophomore at Princeton High School. For as long as I can pretty much remember I've been into soccer. Every weekend of my childhood must have been filled with soccer tournaments and games. I'm playing varsity for my school team and club ball during the winter and spring, so I play pretty much all year around. I play for Cincinnati United Premier (CUP). We travel to a lot of cities in the country so I get to see a lot of soccer fields and surprisingly they are all pretty much the same.
I have one older brother and one younger brother and I live with my parents in Glendale, Ohio. My brothers are pretty cool. My younger brother inherited my soccer genes. My older brother is the funny one…he’s leaving for college next year. I’m going to miss him, but I get his TV so I guess that’s okay.
I’ve been playing the piano since I was about 8 years old. It’s pretty awesome. Every once in a while you get to play some cool songs and it gets you away from everything else in your life. I also play the flute, which I’ve been wanting to quit for about 5 years now, so I don’t know why it’s still here! I learned how to play the French horn this year. I’m getting pretty good, it’s fun to play.
I also like playing DDR (Dance, Dance, Revolution), like the nerd I am…and I also enjoy hanging out with my friends.
It doesn't seem like my family and I have been at Lion of Judah very long but we’ve been there for over 2 1/2 years. I really like how during the teen classes and the services I can actually understand what the person is trying to say instead of getting lost by random scripture references and huge words that no one ever uses.
So to wrap it up, I’m pretty much a normal 15 year old, trying to learn how to drive and to get by my sophomore year!
